Legal
Terms of service
Effective 17 August 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of switchsyncbase.digital and any campaign analytics engagement agreed with Switchsyncbase. A service proposal or statement of work may add project-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the signed project document applies to that engagement.
2. Website information
Website content is general information, not financial, legal or guaranteed business advice. Campaign outcomes depend on factors outside our control. You may use the site for lawful business purposes and must not disrupt it, attempt unauthorised access or copy materials in a way that infringes our rights.
3. Service engagements
Scope, deliverables, schedule, fees and payment milestones are confirmed in writing before work begins. You agree to provide accurate context, timely access to agreed data and an authorised contact. Delays in access or feedback may require schedule changes.
4. Data and platform access
You confirm you are authorised to share data and grant access. We use access only to perform agreed work and expect least-privilege permissions where available. You remain responsible for source-system accuracy, platform terms and lawful collection of personal data.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are in the currency shown in the proposal and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Invoices are due within the period stated in the proposal. We may pause work on overdue invoices after reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights in your source data and pre-existing materials. Once full payment is received, you may use final reports and bespoke deliverables internally for your business. Switchsyncbase retains rights in pre-existing methods, templates and general know-how. Third-party materials remain subject to their licences.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the engagement. This does not cover information already lawfully known, public through no breach or independently developed.
8. Limitations
We use reasonable care but do not warrant uninterrupted website access, perfect source data or a particular campaign result. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service and excludes indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Ending an engagement
Either party may end work as allowed by the proposal or for a material breach not corrected after written notice. Fees remain due for completed work and committed costs. Refund and cancellation treatment is described in our refund policy.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia. Questions may be sent to hello@switchsyncbase.digital or our address at 1 15 Jln 5/76B, Desa Pandan, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia.
